New York style cookie with milk chocolate chips, filled with a gooey centre of pistachio creme and topped with crushed pistachios.

These cookies are a generous 120g each! They are individually packed for added freshness.

Shelf life

Our cookies are baked within 24hrs of being shipped and will last at least 10 days at room temperature in their packaging. You can also freeze them for up to 3 months. Just leave them to come back to room temperature before eating.

How to enjoy them

You can eat the cookies straight from their packaging. For a more indulgent experience, place them 20-30 seconds in the microwave and enjoy an extra gooey texture and melting centre. If you have a bit more patience and willpower, you can warm them up in the oven. Preheat it at 160C and bake your cookie for about 5 min. Enjoy!

Cookie dough: Flour (wheat), butter (milk), light brown sugar, sugar, eggs, baking powder (diphosphates, sodium carbonates, rice flour), pistachio kernels, salt, milk chocolate chips (sugar, milk powder, cocoa butter, cocoa mass, soya lecithins, flavouring cocoa solids, milk solids).

Pistachio creme: sugar, pistachio nut, palm oil, rapeseed oil, milk powder, whey powder (milk), lecithins, copper complexes of chlorophyll (colour), salt, flavouring.

All my bakes are prepared in a kitchen handling dairy, egg, gluten, soya and nuts regularly.
